Bell Manor is located in Sonoma wine country. The cottage like units were suffering from extensive deferred maintenance and water intrusion issues due to the complete lack of roof overhangs.  The project was a USDA 515 transfer and received tax credits. The rehabilitation was transformational.  The buildings now contribute a sense of community and place. All systems are modernized and efficient. A massive PV system is in place and producing power for each unit. Amenities intended to promote outdoor living and gathering were added including a central BBQ patio and expansive community garden. We understand from our clients that vacancies are virtually unheard of at Bell Manor.
